Registration and use of the pk365 Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This restriction applies without exception. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an Account, making a deposit, placing any bet, or accessing any game or casino product on pk365.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that it is lawful in your jurisdiction to access online gaming and betting services of the type offered by pk365. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction. pk365 does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
pk365 employs active age verification procedures. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including but not limited to a valid government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — at any stage of your relationship with pk365, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to any suspicious account activity. pk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the pk365 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
To register an Account with pk365, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate. pk365 may at any time require you to reconfirm or update your registration details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk365 Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pk365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk365 support immediately by contacting our 24/7 live chat team. pk365 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account following receipt of such a notification, but will not be liable for losses arising before we were notified of the breach.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk365 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus Balance is not withdrawable upon Account closure unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met at the time of the closure request.
pk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity; (c) your continued use of the Platform poses a risk of harm to yourself or others; or (d) we are required to do so by our licensing authority or applicable law. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.
pk365 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC-20 network). Payment method availability may change from time to time. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your Account.
All deposits are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where a PKR payment method is used. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your Real Money Balance instantly or within a few minutes, subject to payment processor processing times. pk365 does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. pk365 will not process a withdrawal from any Account that has not completed the applicable KYC process. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account at the time of withdrawal request. pk365 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days, though processing times may vary by payment method.
pk365 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to monitoring. pk365 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal, to delay or reverse transactions suspected of being connected to financial crime, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with our licensing obligations. Funds identified as proceeds of crime will be forfeited and reported.
All bonuses and promotions offered by pk365 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards — are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. These General Bonus Terms apply to all pk365 promotions except where superseded by the specific promotion terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as Real Money Balance. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.
Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Account holders only. pk365 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Bonuses may not be available to players who have activated a self-exclusion or who are subject to Account restrictions.
pk365 monitors all bonus activity. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a promotion more than once, placing low-risk bets designed to complete Wagering Requirements without genuine play intent, or colluding with other players to systematically extract bonus value — will have their bonus balance and any associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently closed.
All bonuses and free spins have an expiry period, stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Balance and free spin winnings that have not been used or wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account without prior notice.
Each game available on the pk365 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering Real Money or Bonus Balance. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
All bets placed on pk365 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. pk365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet was placed in error due to a technical malfunction; (b) the odds or prices displayed were manifestly incorrect; (c) the outcome of the relevant event was already known at the time the bet was placed; or (d) the bet is suspected to relate to match-fixing or corrupt activity. Voided bets will be refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance at the original stake amount.
Cricket betting markets on pk365 cover international fixtures, PSL matches, and domestic tournaments as listed in the platform's sports betting section at any given time. Ball-by-ball live markets are subject to suspension and resumption at pk365's discretion in response to in-play events. pk365 sources odds from licensed data providers and reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors without prior notice.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, pk365 will endeavour to complete or settle the relevant game round in accordance with the applicable game rules. If a game round cannot be completed due to a server-side technical failure attributable to pk365, the stake for that round will be refunded to the Player's Account. Disconnections arising from the Player's own internet or device issues are not the responsibility of pk365.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk365 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Players who wish to self-exclude from pk365 may do so immediately via Account settings or by contacting our 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion will take effect within 24 hours of request. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will be prevented from making deposits, placing bets, or accessing gaming products. You will not receive promotional communications during this period. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated. At the end of a defined exclusion period, Account reactivation requires a formal request and a cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction methods on the Platform.
Any unauthorised use of pk365 intellectual property may result in Account closure, civil legal action, or both.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk365 excludes all liability for:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits pk365's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
pk365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the provision of the Platform and our obligations under our gaming licence. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the pk365 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and pk365.
By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes processing your data for the purposes of: Account management; KYC and age verification; payment processing; fraud prevention; responsible gaming compliance; customer support; and marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.

pk365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change to these Terms is made, pk365 will endeavour to notify registered Account holders by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by regulatory obligation or to address an urgent security or legal matter.
The date of the most recent revision of these Terms & Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk365 holds its gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and pk365 arising from your use of the Platform, you should contact pk365 support in the first instance. pk365 will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly through our internal complaints procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal procedure, you may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.
pk365's internal complaints procedure is as follows: (1) Submit your complaint in writing to our support team via live chat or email; (2) pk365 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours; (3) A full written response will be provided within 14 calendar days of receipt; (4) If you remain unsatisfied with our response, the matter may be escalated to our licensing authority's independent dispute resolution service.
